Sign up to be notified when registration for the 2026 Annual Meeting goes live

• Registration for the Annual Meeting will be free for active MCMLA Members and non-Members with accepted proposals
• Registration for non-Members will be $30
• Annual membership to MCMLA is $30 for Regular members, free for Student members, and $10 for Emeritus members. For more information, visit the MCMLA Join Us page.
  

Interested in Hosting a Watch Party?

The Membership Committee is making funding available to support MCMLA members gathering together locally to network and watch the virtual 2026 Annual Meeting. A group can request funds for items such as food, room rental fees, parking, or anything else that would be helpful.

Please use this Google Form to apply for funding. If you cannot access Google Forms, please email Julia Peters. There is a link at the top of the form to the procedures for this funding request, including a list of unallowable expenses. Be sure to review the procedures before submitting a request. Submissions are due by September 4, 2026 for the Annual Meeting on October 1.

02/25/2026 - Logo Context Winner

First Place was awarded to Nicole Caskey of Clarkson College, whose design will serve as the official conference logo. The selection committee praised the logo for its strong visual identity, professional presentation, and clear reflection of the conference’s theme and regional community.
